Our September 2021 Intensive and Pitch Competition was a success!  The University of Texas at San Antonio, Florida International University, Portland State University, and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas submitted pitch projects that

Pitch Topic: Improving Health Literacy for Equitable Outcomes

 

On June 3rd and 4th, 2021, USU held the first Advancing Racial Justice and Equity Intensive and Pitch Competition. The University of Texas at Arlington, University of Cincinnati, University of Memphis, Georgia State University, and University at Albany pitched innovative approaches to eliminating health disparities that disproportionately impact people of color in their community, identifying ways to work with the community to ensure success.
